GMP – Global Medical Passport · Last updated: September 3, 2026
GMP is not a medical service. It is a platform for organizing, translating, storing and sharing health information entered by the user. GMP does not provide diagnosis, medical advice or treatment and does not replace a doctor, hospital, pharmacist, emergency service or any professional clinical assistance.
In case of an emergency, contact your local emergency number immediately (in the European Union, 112). Never rely on GMP to obtain urgent help.
1. Who we are
The GMP – Global Medical Passport service is operated by MOMENTAOMINUTO, LDA, tax number 517905159, headquartered in Portugal. Contact: privacy@gmedicalpassport.com.
2. Acceptance of the terms
By creating an account or using the GMP application and website, the user accepts these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.
3. Eligibility
The service is intended exclusively for people aged 18 or older with legal capacity to enter into contracts. This version does not support minors' accounts or account management by third parties.
4. What the service does

- Translate information into other languages.
- Generate an emergency QR Code, when expressly activated by the user.
- Display a map of healthcare facilities based on public OpenStreetMap data.
- Organize appointments, exams, prescriptions and reminders in a schedule.
5. Limitations — no medical advice
All summaries, extractions, translations, alerts and suggestions presented by the application, including those generated by artificial intelligence, are purely informational, may contain errors, omissions or inaccurate translations, and must never be used as the basis for clinical decisions. Any health decision must be validated by a qualified healthcare professional.
GMP is not a medical device and has not been certified, evaluated or approved as such by any authority.
6. User responsibilities
- Ensure the accuracy of the information entered and keep it up to date.
- Only upload information you have the right and legitimacy to share.

- Consciously decide whether to enable emergency access and what data to share.
- Not use the service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, or in ways that violate third-party rights.
7. Emergency access and sharing
QR Code emergency access is optional and disabled by default. If the user enables public mode, anyone with access to the QR Code can view the emergency information without authentication. The user is solely responsible for this choice and can disable or restrict sharing at any time.
8. Service availability
We strive to keep the service available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors or permanent preservation of data. Users should keep their own copies of important documents, which can be exported through the application.
9. Account, suspension and deletion
The user can delete their account at any time under Settings → Account → Delete account, or through the /delete-account page. We may suspend or terminate accounts in cases of abusive or unlawful use, or use that compromises the security of the service.
10. Paid features
Some features may, in the future, become available through a subscription. In that case, the applicable commercial terms will be presented before any payment.
11. Intellectual property
The software, brand and design of GMP belong to MOMENTAOMINUTO, LDA. Content and documents uploaded by the user remain the user's property; the user only grants us the authorization necessary to host, process and display that information in the course of providing the service.
12. Third-party services
The service relies on hosting, database, authentication, artificial intelligence and open map data providers. These services are identified in the Privacy Policy. We do not control external services that the user chooses to use on their own initiative.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for damages resulting from clinical decisions made based on the information presented, incorrect information entered by the user, inaccurate translations, voluntary sharing of information via the QR Code, or temporary service unavailability. Nothing in these terms excludes liabilities that cannot be legally excluded, namely towards consumers.
14. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms. The last update date is shown at the top. Substantial changes will be communicated through the application or by email before they take effect.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
